1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Pushly app and related support pages.
2. License
Pushly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features require an active paid subscription.
- Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Any free trial (if offered) converts to paid subscription unless cancelled before trial end.
4. Restore Purchases
You can restore purchases from within the app via the “Restore” action on the paywall.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with Pushly or related services.
6. Health and Safety Notice
Pushly includes movement-based interactions. Use responsibly and according to your own health condition. Pushly is not medical advice.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the app and these Terms.
